Source is that Mr. Beast stats site. Other than trendlines, estimated ad revenue is useless. Rates are probably set by country (just compare JP to non-JP). It might even use the current currency conversion rates. Only useful information is that shorts suck for revenue.

Doesn't mean that this is what they actually earn, it's just that the site acknowledges the different payout rates for shorts vs video content for US creators. Actual data comparison is useless, probably should have spent my time collecting shorts views vs video views. Would have been a better use of my night. Well fuck/
