I'd tell you to try MemTest but if you haven't got any flash drives that's not going to be easy.
See if you can schedule a memory diagnostic from within Safe Mode. I doubt it's your RAM though as well. I just hit the WinKey and typed "Memory", first result in the search was "Windows Memory Diagnostic".
