There's girls like Pekora who have opinions that would get you ridiculed and cancelled on the western side of the internet.
Stuff like "earth is flat", "humans didn't build the pyramids" etc.
But she says all of it in a "your friend is into something weird again" style where you just smile and nod and humor them while they rant about CIA conspiracies or whatever.
She may genuinely believe all this bull but none of her fans really take it seriously because it's all within the parameters of her "character" as the "funny bunny".

But when EN chuubas talk about this shit, it's always taken with 100% seriousness and sincerity, to the point where you can't exactly joke about these types of things because there's actual people who believe that shit and you might get confused as one of them.
This is why EN holos stay WELL the fuck away from ANYTHING political... to the point where they even banned collabing with Coco during Myth's first year, because they didn't want that political bullshit to affect the branch.
