Hololive aren't celebrities, anon. Their top talents' individual streams have 20k viewers on average, which is way below actual twitch celebrities who collab with whoever they want and fuck whoever they want. There is no reason to do shit like forbidding Kiara from collabing with Pomu, another corpo vtuber with no known yabs. The top hololive talents are moderately successful streamers who should be able to maintain self-control.
If Cover isn't actually pushing the idol standards on their streamers, then the restrictions they impose on them make zero sense.
