After looking through everything I"m gonna say it's pretty likely to be her. I was like 50/50 for a while thinking it could just be a very dedicated longtime fan but the snitching of seemingly completely random accounts is pretty out of place otherwise. Also going through the liked tweets the really early stuff is a ton of artist grindset motivation stuff (on an account that otherwise doesn't seem to post any art) as well as a ton of posts about losing weight and being thin, which matches how Saruei's described her physique.
