Having seen their interaction on stream recently while prepping for the sports festival its clear they got pretty distant. Peko still does the usual shit of pushing her off ledges, killing her, etc. That's normal, but miko barely reacts to it anymore and doesn't really go along with it, felt like she just wanted to leave the whole time.
