Turns out M rocket hits OTG and let's you drift too. I even saw a twitter combo do 37% for one SC off a throw (at release), but I can't replicate it so I assume it got patched out - shame but there's gotta be another way, 30% off throws into oki just sounds too good.
I still don't know why using j.S 3 times in one combo did NOT trigger IPS... Do jumping specials not trigger IPS at all...?
