Yeah it's not straight forward, I use /csg/ however so I do know, the chinese re-use the plastic molds they used to make the official figures a lot of the time and then make their own after the fact to sell since chinese copyright works differently, so they're not quite knock offs exactly

That's why I bought the only ones I could find in-stock, for all we know COVID will fuck with imports again next month
