I understand your frustration since there are now supposedly up to 5 million boomers living in mexico, but can't but help to note that originally it was mexicans moving to america en mass. And soon enough you'll have mexican americans moving back en mass too to retire in your cheaper country with their high wages. In general if there is no border, we both sink, but if americans and mexicans were kept apart as good neighbors we could unite against the canadian menace. NAFTA has truly destroyed North America.
