I don't understand. It kind of disproves the common notion that everyone in Hololive gets a free ticket to success and is content to put in the bare minimum. You look at HoloX in particular and even though the honeymoon period is long over they're still putting in the effort because they respect the job. I think some people aren't "restricted" at all, they just don't have a good work ethic.
