Perhaps not, but for the time she was there, she made a damned good showing of it. By their own telling, even the Holomem who are "a good fit" enjoyed the time they spent with her. Does that change anything? I don't really know how to score that.

Adding nuance on 4chan is a losing game, but I feel like trying. Coco was my oshi, but it's dishonest to say "{{big, industry-wide thing}} is all because of her!", whether good or bad. Nothing in an industry as large as vtubing is monocausal. Even movements and changes within a single medium sized company will have multiple causes. She was incredibly influential, no doubt. We'll never know the full story, but she contributed to Hololive's early dominance with the overseas audience (contributed, but did not solely cause).
Some people don't like her? Or don't like what they perceive her influence as having been? Fine, but they won't deny she was influential.
