It's the "Kizuna Ai Gallery" the largest unified vtubing community in Korea, situated in DCInside. They mostly talk about foreign chuubas like Hololive and Nijisanji. Although, they've long ago been completely taken over by Holo. So think of them kinda like Korea's /vt/.
