I have always had the assumption that for Marine being a Vtuber was going to be a temporary job and something she got into as a fad, curiosity and to have fun doing it and then after a few years cash in and seek new ventures, she surely never thought Hololive was going to explode in popularity the way it did and this is what made her stay to ride the wave of popularity and fame, now if we fast forward to the present if you think about it Marine has already accomplished almost all the goals and dreams she had in hololive, including but not limited to: collaborating with Beat Mario, having an ultra popular song, having a fully animated video, getting over a million subscribers, having world fame and recognition, meeting one of her favorite seiyuus, meeting the fucking Zun, having a live concert with her gen mates, get wealthy Etc. And now what other goals does she have left? Reaching 2 million subscribers and?... a solo concert is unlikely since Marine is not a singer or songwriter, she recently said she wanted to star in an anime with the rest of the sankisei but given the current circumstances it's very unlikely now, she really doesn't have many accomplishments left to achieve anymore, my personal rrat is that she is going through an existential crisis which is depressing her as she has no more goals to achieve as a vtuber she just at the peak of her current career, the endgame for Senchou is judging by her fondness for imitating voices and that she is almost an otaku of female seiyuus is to work full time in the VA industry as one of the seiyuus she admires so much and she can't while she is associated with hololive.
I don't know how to feel if she decides to graduate to pursue that dream but as someone that admires her a lot as an artist and as a person all I can do is to support her, and wishing her happiness.
