I just realized that Fuwamoco actually aren't bad with counting time or math. The thing is, for Fuwamoco, time passes both for Fuwawa and Mococo individually, causing twice the amount of time to pass for Fuwamoco in the same amount of time. That's why 8 weeks is 4 months for Fuwamoco. This also explains why Fuwawa said that Lucky Star was 30 years ago. It's not a mistake, 2023-2007 = 16 years, which takes total of 32 years of Fuwamoco's time, so 30 years is basically correct. Their calculations are completely logical and consistent.
