I'd be happy to! Rei fits into a classic heroine archetype. She's a girl who has feelings of inadequacy, of not being enough, but those feelings motivate her to do more, perhaps if her friends can push her out of bouts of crippling self-doubt. If she can fully mobilize herself, she can be a very determined person.
Saya is the classic mentor figure, instead of passing down a sword to the hero, she passes down a Mask to Rei. Well, maybe she passed down the sword too, but I gathered that was part of the standard equipment, while the mask has Saya's personal touch. Do all neophytes have a mentor like this? That would be a good feature to have in this type of organization.
My interpretation is that Maya is Rei's equal, and will probably undergo the same ritual at the same time? She's Rei's rock, maybe the girl that convinced her to attempt the challenge a second time.

I assume that a d10/limited dicepool would be similar to WoD/CofD? I'd generally urge to go in that direction because of probability distribution autism. These kinds of systems also handle power disparities fairly well, unlike simpler single-dice/double-dice systems, where modifiers are king. I'd recommend generality rather than simplicity.

Since this thread is primarily focused on building nationalities and cultures, I'd say that it is quite defining. You could even split it into multiple parts to allow people to have more leeway when designing cross-thread characters or to have several characters from the same culture not feel too similar.

I'd consider that /nasfaqg/-/morig/ area to be the "main axis" of trade for the company, but it should have holdings in most of the Holocontinent and trade globally. The thing that separates Tripoint is that it rather than having regular shipping lines it tries to predict good shortages/favourable price differences ahead of time, and essentially opportunistically providing shipments with the good old mantra of "buy low, sell high". It is wrong sometimes, but the trade profit marigins on those trades is much, much higher.
Beyond that, it's in a large part a holdings corporation, meaning that trade is only the source of income for one of its subsidiaries. Its far more important area of profit is investing in foreign companies and providing expertise.

Mori also doesn't "brap" lately per se (down to 0), she just has much lower views than expected. I think that if you look at i.e. Sora vs. Roboco and compare it to Sora vs. Mori you'll see what I mean - her views are also extremely uneven, similar to Mori and contrary to Roboco's smoother line, but since the differences between a low-view day and a high-view day are smaller, it doesn't manifest in the same way as Mori whose weekly views are usually near the top... as are Suisei's.

An Admiralty could most certainly built and handle the precise military and orderly matters of the settlement. My main interest remains in retaining ownership and exclusive ability to supply the fleet, together with hosting all amenities needed by sailors and visitors to it. Since this is where the profit lies, together with the ship-building.
