I just thought I would let everyone know what we're currently working on and our plans for future updates in regards to mechanics features and balance changes. Right now, I am working on implementing call and put options in lieu of shorts, which will likely come afterwards. I also want to add mutual funds so that players can form organizations that manage a collective portfolio that other players can invest in. Another potential feature is some kind of bank/treasury or a way for players to earn risk-free interest on their liquid, once we have all of these additional financial instruments to play with. In terms of balance changes that may come in the near future, we have discussed:
- More spread and volatility in daily adjustments
- A much higher transactional volatility rate that scales better with prices
- Higher limit on multicoin, potentially up to 8
- Lower taxes on multibuy but higher taxes on multisell (may have to wait for shorting on this one)
- Higher spread on dividends

A new mechanic has been added to the daily adjustment formula whereby coins that are pumped too high throughout the previous day will now partially adjust downwards toward a more suitable market value which is calculated as per usual by various channel metrics, rather than crabbing as they have been in this scenario.
