I think you're mixing up different people

With that guy jollywanker, what happens is that he watches Jets on stream, then after his stream, an account with no other chat history comes to her channel and says something like, "Hey, <x> watched you today, he's a big and famous australian youtuber who likes you."
This has been going on for almost a year all from the same account called "theoutlander523". I remember when she first played armored core the same account was doing it.

He came to her channel and apologized for it recently, and said it was his mod, but the guy is not even a mod in his channel. I think it's just his alt and this is his lazy way of grooming.
