Could just put things like sitting or squatting or on back. thats up to you depending on the situation. 3.1 is kinda strict on it so if you dont mention anything it will try to default to standing.

if you want the subject to look at camera, thats just "looking at viewer" and/or "facing viewer". Put these tags in negative prompt box if you want otherwise.
>backgrounds being detailed
From my experience, this is highly dependent on your artist mix. different artists can greatly influence your background, else just grab a detail enhancer lora on civitai if you see one.
>mixing normal styles (like pastel) or artist styles to get something not boring
Just slap on the names of the artists you like, this model has alot of the artists included, but be warned that some will screw with your composition, I have a few artists I would love to use but it screws with my backgrounds too much.
