I don't want to comment on the miscommunication, but the most concerning thing from Finana's statement was that whatever advice she gave to Zaion, supposedly Zaion went on to ignore that advice on multiple occasions. At worst she's "gaslighting", and best she's a stupid hag who isn't thinking straight and isn't fit for streaming as a corpo.

There's no point in speculating the timeline of this shit because no one will ever give any more revealing information unless Zaion is feeling frisky. All that's sure is that Zaion hurt a lot of her coworkers and I hope, I just hope, she doesn't give in to her newfound drama fans and just streams and apologizes to her former coworkers in private when she's in a better mental state.
