If she takes blood thinners she needs to go to the hospital for observation and CT scan
The risk is (other than fracture) concussion which may lead to brain injury which might cause an hemorrhagic stroke
Which causes death and permanent damage if not treated immediately
Also other symptoms are difficulties moving their arms/legs or losing sensibility"
So as long as none of these apply to Tenma she is good.
