Financial earnings in big corpo companies, especially multibillion dollar ones, are always heavily systemized (not methodized, mind you) due to the fact that every single penny is important for reporting your financial growth over the previous quarter to your investors.
Not only that, a proper company has their own personal accounting teams and they have teams that check them.
If Elira and the clique had any sort of access to manipulate a talent's earnings, that is an astronomical error in the company's workflow and spells "GET THE FUCK OUT" for investors.
Reminder: investors are the biggest fish here. They are what matter, not the talents earning.
