while working overtime out of their own free will is not usually scrutinized, doing so constantly doesn't look good if the company ends up under LBSs investigation.

Having mane-chan message them after hours are filled basically washes the company hands on the subject "we told them they are working too much" and if employee ignores the warning, that's on them
