Better now that I reworked how my current chapter starts. I had one of those times where it was just not coming to me with how I initially set it up, but using an alternate start is starting to let it flow a lot better.

Thanks bro. It might get a little worse before it gets better, my grandmother was just put into hospice and is not doing great, so that will likely run its course soon, but eventually the only way to go is up. I'll keep staying strong not just for my own sake, but for my family as well.

From what I know so far, she's just a bumbling simpleton with an aversion to speaking directly to people. You'd be fine just making her as soft spoken and adding some stutters here and there.
