Probably important stream dates, but not necessarily ones that'll tie into the lore any more than others. Yestereday is marked because it was the R18 stream, which she had been hyping for a while, but didn't have any more lore importance than any other recent stream. I assume it's just meant to be Haachama's calendar. The X might be lore important. The "meds" are probably just sleeping pills though, don't get lost.

Anyway, why the fuck was Haachama cooking Haato? Would eating her get rid of her for good? Would Haachama absorb her mind so they're back in the same body? Is she just doing it because she's Haachama?
