Sounds like catbox is blocked in your region or maybe ISP, I don't know much about how the mirror site works to be honest so i don't really know how I can help you there. You could try a VPN but that seems annoying to deal with for just soundposts.

By that do you mean you can open the pixstash link in the instructions but cant the catbox one ?

You could maybe check if the Filter tab in the sounds player has pixstash.moe in Allowed Hosts section but the script is supposed to do that itself I think, when I installed it to see if ti works it added itself at least. It worked for me btw, it replaced catbox
