Twitch released an article about their plans to expand the 70/30 revenue split to affiliates and add an intermediate 60/40 tier, as well as lowering the streamer payout of a prime sub depending on the country of the streamer (likely instead of making a prime sub just a discounted sub that the viewer has to pay a little less for as was rumored previously). They also removed the $100k USD cap on the Partner Plus splits. Because the program is now available to affiliates, it's being renamed from the Partner Plus Program to just the Plus Program
