Well for what I could observe these years, to begin with she's a great conversationist. Her ESL plus lack of contact with the western weeb world brought her challenges and awkard moments at the beginning, but she pulled through. The simple fact she enjoys being there, talking endless hours with her chat about all sorts of random subjects is one strong point about her, she's a perfect fit for a streamer, and that's what really matters here, for her fans it's great to have a oshi that feels so much joy in being there with them.

But it didn't stop there, because recently people found out she's amazing on stage too, she can hype up an audience and is increndibly adorable and enjoyable to watch moving around, her 3D perfomance skills are great and I'm not just talking about dancing, just she being herself in her 3D form is a lot of fun. So she's also a perfect fit to be on stage, she was made for it, great presence power.

Not to mention, she loves working hard towards anything related to the vtubing world and takes joy even in stuff most streamers find annoying to do, like advertising, marketing, taking part in events, etc. Kiara was made for the vtubing world and there's no denying it.
