So a long term creator made a video in November saying that percentage of watch time per person doesn't really matter, and that he was going to switch from short form to long form content, as a viewer watching a whole 5 minute video is actually worse for the algorithm that that same person watching 20% of a 60 minute video. Graph related is the result of the change.
