The most likely thing I've heard is that the managers were the ones who primarily hated Selen, and it was full on lord of the flies in the EN branch due to the lack of any actual direction or work being done by the management outside of random rugpulls, though they would occasionally organize projects for LuxNoc and only LuxNoc. The organs themselves though were known to be catty and hammer down people who stuck out too much, IE Selen who just wanted to do her damn projects that she paid for and organized herself, but management was pissed at her for prideful shit and instead hindered her at every turn they could, likely causing noise and irritation that rippled down to the other organs.

Her statements have been pretty clear regardless of what actually happened. She wants to not talk about anything anymore and she wants it all to just leave her alone.

However, from Nijisanji itself and a few leaks, we've painted a picture of a horrific work environment that hated how much she forced her way through management's lazy processes to get shit done, and in retaliation they'd constantly fuck with her to waste her money, time, or make her miss deadlines for injuring their "pride." It's basically Zaion but over a longer period.

The organs, meanwhile, seemed very comfortable with their jobs and didn't like Selen rocking the boat so much, so they chipped in to help knock Selen down a peg, which pushed her over the edge.

Post-termination, they did exactly the same shit as Zaion by painting her as a horrific monster who was incapable of being worked with and also someone dangerous to the talents themselves, as claimed by the talents in a smear video.

Please do. Some of the goons can be annoying, but Selen herself is a sweet person absolutely worth supporting. Even at her absolute lowest, it seems like the only thing keeping her going was her fans and supporters... to the point that even what was probably meant to be her suicide note was to leave a video about unity as a parting message...

37 hours is not a long time, especially over the holiday. She could simply wait longer. I don't get why it's that hard. It makes sense though if you assume this is true and she knew she wouldn't get the OK to include everyone due to internal issues (it also makes whichever liver denied her look like a huge fucking bitch)
