I know it's rude to put opinions into people's heads, but as a schizo, let's go: Based on everything we know about Fuwamoco, they would absolutely love the LTST cover both in spirit, and the quality isn't half bad either. So for them not having reacted to it, there has to be another reason, copyright bureaucracy being most likely. Fuwamoco would think it's worth more than just a like, so until the perms are sorted out (which they hope to be able to do in a few days), they decided to pretend to not notice it. Also, people with low self-esteem are biased into assuming rejection in case of slightest ambiguity. Have more faith.
