Those people should move on with their lives?
I was the same until I got banned from a chat. I realised how stupid I was for being obessive over something I have no control over. Being locked out of chat actually helped me snap out of it, was weird for me in retrospect to have behaved like that since offline I would just "build a bridge and get over it" when things bothered me.
Getting locked out made me have an epiphany back into reality. I guess I was bottled up with emotion unknowningly to the point it affected how I behaved online. So instead of focusing on things that upset me, I filter and do things I enjoy or self improve.
Taking timeouts/r&r are essential for mental health and self reflection. Pity Rushia didn't do it.
