And the annoying thing is, they already have a system where streamers can blacklist phrases, but people just don't know about it, seemingly. If Youtube just said "Hey, go here and you can blacklist phrases and words" they wouldn't have to make a shitty bot for spam. Because then all you have to do is copy the message or enter some phrases and it's fine. It doesn't work 100%, but it's better than whatever the fuck Youtube is doing now.
