Because she doesn't overdo it. She gives it piece by piece so the effect never dilutes.
Compare it to someone like Marine who plays hard into it, it becomes expected of her to act that way and the effect then just becomes normalized.

It also doesn't help that this prison outfit completes her already perfect "Domination loss" personality.

It happens quite often that I simply don't hear the word she is saying because she either slurs it, says it a light speed, or my brain just faults out and during those times I tend to search for a Japanese clip since they are usually subbed which helps a lot in figuring out what the fuck it was that she said.
Sometimes they even include the context into the subs, although this is more rare, and that has helped a couple of times when I wasn't able to tie a specific context to the current conversation.
