The outfit is fine, but her hair doesn't look that recognizable, the ears are missing, no tail (which on its own is aight but adds to the pile), eye color is also kinda off.
Just a bunch of little things, if you hadn't said Risu then I would never have guessed it. I think the biggest one is the hair colour tho, it's much too washed out and needs som saturation and darkness.
That's just my opinion tho.
