my area is near the edge of it and we had what was apparently 90% coverage but it was still really bright right after. we had partly cloudy skies and at one point when the clouds vanished we got a burst of weirdly dim sunlight that made the world look like evening for maybe 20 seconds
my friend took a timelapse and the shadows moving in the clouds looks like its pulsating
