Dry is not bad, in fact its preferred in terms of a general thread if the catalog is anything to go by. Stuffing it with flowery filling isn't likely to draw anyone in more than a basic description of what the thread's supposed to be about and it takes a bit of time dragging its feet to get there. A lot of tourist get overwhelmed from the archives alone, I doubt a super in your face vaugely homosexual solicitation is going to make those people anymore likely to keep checking in. It does at least work as an icebreaker though so that's good.

Do you think it frustrates EN management that Ame likes to keep things genuine instead of doing everything she can to get numbers? Stuff like not pre-arranging her totsumachi, not pushing #amesame the way Kiara did #takamori, not jumping on the MH hype train, etc. Or are they supportive of her no matter what she wants to do?
