It'd cause a lot of damage if Selen in particular were to leave, because despite her being a walking menhera over APEX at this point, she's one of the only few that organizes large scale events at that branch, let alone funds projects of any sort. She leaves then the branch will immediately become a lot less lively with less cross wave/branch interactions.
Pomu and Rosemi leaving would cause a lot of damage in their own right because they're the only reason that male vtubers even cling onto NijiEN at this point.

You seem to have forgotten that around the time of Obsydia debuting, NijiEN still wasn't shit. Bigger than your average EN corpo, but it didn't mean much since the Nijisanji brand meant practically nothing in the west. She was the one that grew ultimately even without the "buff" that Petra had in terms of model, even though Petra herself fucking wasted it.

My rrat is that Nijisanji EN's management is genuinely trying to create an army of obedient slaves and some of them are dumb enough that'd they'd rather push out older or popular talents that stand up to them rather than try and compromise.
Its the only explanation why they went from incompetent to outright malicious this year. But they're also trying to guilt trip them to prevent any Zaion or Yugo situations where they can strike out and do just fine on their own.
