Here are some of the things that she has absolutely lied about.
1) Her Q Remastered playthrough was a complete lie. She watched playthroughs beforehand, and was caught watching Luca's playthrough.
2) She lied about being scared of Outlast. Sounds minor? It actually isn't, because she made Outlast her 1 million subscriber bounty.
3) Her little brother's age. Initially she said that he was a newborn. But later told stories indicating that he was actually several years old already. She seemed to forget her initial lie.

Here are things that she heavily misled her audience about.
4) Her income. She has been povertybaiting and donationbaiting heavily since January dropping all sorts of hints about her poverty status. But also let slip information about her membership numbers that tells a far different story. She is indeed very rich.
5) Her nausea mysteriously disappearing after she returned from Japan. She can't explain it herself but, all of a sudden, the nausea which crippled her so badly before is just "gone now" you guys! Sounds legit...lol
6) She lied about being lonely and pretty much admitted this was a lie on twitter. She has even said that she's had great friends throughout her life.
7) Millie's fate during her very obvious forced-suspension, Enna ran cover for her.

Some things that are incredibly dishonest but perhaps not outright lies.
8) Calling Luca "little brother" and asserting a completely benign relationship with him, while also flirting with him and slapping her ass for him and watching his streams on her own time. She clearly oshis him.
9) Withheld a story from her chat for months about Kyo carrying her to bed when she got drunk with him. Continues to say that Kyo is just a "good friend".
10) Spent literally a year graduationbaiting for donos, until management got fed up an forced her to say that she had no plans of graduating ever.
11) Stories about her supposed crippling anxiety clash with the other stories she tells about being so mentally strong and confident all throughout her youth. In fact, bullying other kids in school.
12) Copying her persona from other people. Such as copying the way Kyo talks and major elements of Mika's personality.

And this could be a lie or a result of her shitty memory.
13) Lied about not knowing the word "cuck" when Vox taught it to her live on stream months before.

Enna could have been the greatest idol in vtubing. But she threw it all away to shit on her fans with Kyo. What was she thinking?
