Took a trip to a friends house to test the "dead" one, it's not dead. My PSU might not have enough wattage for it despite hitting the recommended watts.
I could have bought a new PSU but too bad, I already bought a GPU.
Dreaded selling the old card online but fortunately sold it to a friend who had way past due for an upgrade and now I'm back with a shiny new RX 7800 XT.
All of this happened in 2 days, I'm tired.
