It's called the price of business. At worst she'll have to pay a fin, but there's no way she'll face jailtime for this bullshit. Her NDA is at most her name and twitter handle, there isn't must "financial damages" she can cost the company with a disclosure like this. Doing this will salvage her career (to a degree), which is cheaper than taking the fall. If I were her (and not guilty) I'd have broken NDA by now.
