Does anyone happen to know what hardware/software Shimo HIsae 霜久愛 happens to use for his voice changer? I'm curious because while its somewhat obvious, its still cute in a way and I think I'd be able to improve the settings if I knew what they were using to feminize their voice.

I'll say that Shimo Hisae's 3D model is pretty close. She has 2 sets of animal details (cat and fox), Fairy and Succubus details, variety of color options and even "spectral fox" ears and tail and she can mix and match them freely during streams. Tho she mostly stays at default neko fairy form.
She's planning to do some big upgrades in future tho. She has live2D model but it's placeholder for the actual stuff that is currently in works.

Little neko fairy princess with some succubus powers because lore and fox mode because cute.
Usually plays comfy rpgs and adventure games like Genshin Impact or Minecraft but sometimes also likes to break her fingers playing Sound Voltex and highlight are her phenomenal DJ streams she's doing once per week or two.
Also, she's commissioning a lot of art on her secret side twitter, some of it is pretty spicy if people are into it. But i'll leave it for people to find on their own, lol.
She's really trying her best and was working here and there with some big peopl: she was the DJ working in early days for Projekt Melody, few times did VRC dance streams with Ayumi Oneesan and was featured on events like Series AI but for some reasons never was able to break through. Still, i really love her and i believe that between her very warm, friendly personality and huge talent she's deserving better. Shimo's Youtube channel is inactive because lack of time to manage everything, but there are few interesting videos like Fairy Tale reading and Interview with DJ S3RL.

Also yes she speaks a lot in third person and makes a lot of cat noises, duh.
