that's actually a funny way to put it! i think i understand where you are coming from, though i do automatically disagree with the 'creepy', 'no charisma' part because i am brainwashed! my oshi is definitely awkward in the way she often skittishly stumbles over her words! (obviously it's cute to me and it makes the gap when she lets go heart melting!) this leads to the unique orca "rizz" witnessed! so it is understandable for the fanservice to look that way to the uninitiated!
