I looked into possibly of scraping Twitch Tracker but the devs seem very against it. They urge people to use their API instead but that only contains 30 day averages, and my requests for them to include 1 day averages have gone unanswered. Though you probably could get away with scraping if you put an artificial delay in the program, like wait a random amount of time between 45 and 105 seconds before loading the next page. If they suspect you of scraping they can block your IP from accessing the site entirely.
