I think I did her after Serafina and looked at her having 5 outfits and said "Fuck it, I won't do another multi-outfit lora" and just pooled all of them together. If you're trying to get her default outfit right, that might be why it's not happening.

I can do that but it will come with the usual issues like stiff posing and style baking. I do it for the small ones because there is no other option but I just didn't have enough experience with training bigger ones. For the same reason I hated training Ponto Nei and Hano.
I'd say the best and easiest option would be to just throw it in civitai and see what comes out. I think I still have enough buzz for 5 or 6 loras.
