1- There is a small streamer I watch with a cafe theme going, she even prepares her coffee on stream and always got a dessert prepared (cheating since shes not a chuuba, but she did come to mind first)

2- Vampoyo (aka hauntuberchannel) Lots of love put into the pixel art! deserves more love. Its not for everyone though, as they use speech to text and it does put people off

3- mashu_003! They designed YatonoLevi, shes got one of my favorite vtuber designs. Those eyes! ! Honestly hard to say who I want in that style, mashu's designs don't lean into moe at all and most chuubas go for that.
