I'm pretty sure it wasn't, because I am 99.9% sure that Foolish Heart rendition was the same one we heard earlier. I think some of it was live, like whenever Ai or Nyanners spoke, but I think the performances were recorded before, including the 3D body movements. That'd be my guess.

Doesn't matter, tho. The concert was a fucking banger. TeddyLoid's music is a lot of fun to bob to and it was just amazing seeing both Ai-chan and Nyanners performing together. I was not expecting them to actually do a duet, so even pre-recorded, she still performed WITH Ai-chan and that's a big accomplishment in and of itself.
