Oh, and since I know you'll try grasping at straws - yes, I concede, she didn't say "immediately" here, this part I misremembered. Regardless the point is she wanted to leave. She wasn't fighting to keep the job, she was fighting for an exit.

If that was true, why didn't she air the dirty laundry after getting terminated? After all your whole argument was that the document was a threat AGAINST getting fired, yet strangely when she DID get fired she didn't even try going public and de-escalated at every step. Fancy that.
