I don't say her voice is annoying, although it barely fits her theme and design.

That's the fun part - I also disliked Gura for being dumb. But, you know, the thing is - Gura *just* is dumb, Mumei is *canonically* dumb from day one. And all that despite her being the embodiment of wisdom and civilization. I generally dislike airheads like her or Aqua, but Aqua at least has much more things to offer.
