Hey, I saw your stream for a bit. Some advice:
>transflag/tags/support will usually attract a certain type of crowd and dissuade another, in general if you wanna get a bigger crowd you might wanna drop the trans stuff altogether. there's a lot of trans vtubers out there that don't flash it out in the open and still get huge followings without being labeled like that
>maybe zoom in more on your model so people can see a bit more of the detail on your model, including the expressions and reactions. speaking of which;
>the helmet is cool but is severely gimps what your viewers can see when you react to things. you also don't really move around that much, which sort of defeats the purpose of the live2d. you're acting like a pngtuber with how static you are, but you paid for the rigging, so try to be a bit more reactive and pilot your model around a bit more often is possible.
Hope this helps a bit. The trans thing might make people shit on you on this board/thread, but hope you don't get discouraged too much.
>game commentary is nice and there isn't much dead air if any, but you should try sprinkling a bit more stuff about yourself, your stories, your interests, etc. people wanna know more about you along with the games you play, if you're doing 100% game commentary then those types of streamers are a dime a dozen.
