>wrap it, tie it, and boil it for 30-45 minutes
I'm going to make some at some point out of morbid curiosity but this seems fucking awful. Its worse because there is an oil infusion involved which is always a pain in the ass.
I'm sure there are a few really good ones out there but this is one of those recipes that seems like it is a food crime 90% of the time. Like a depression era grandma making depression era food.
